If I have Paperless Statements, can I get copies of my paper statements?

Yes, you can always go to the Account Center and print out any of your last 24 statements. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to request copies. You may be charged a $5.00 fee. There is no fee if you request copies in connection with a billing error or for copies of disclosures.

To ensure your paperless statements e-mails are being delivered to your inbox, please add "discovercard@service.discover.com" to your address book. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-742-7822.

How can I cancel Paperless Statements and start receiving paper statements again?
